Refund policy

At BTO Supplements, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• In the same condition you received them
• Unopened and in their original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return
To begin the process, email us at btosupplements@gmail.com.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on where to send your package.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refund Process
We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Keep in mind, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
